L’encadrement se décompose de la manière suivante :
Un Manager M19 : DESFONTAINES Olivier, COB XV, DESJEPS
Il est le garant de la conduite du Projet de formation, du Projet sportif, responsable de la planification et de la conduite de tous les objectifs de formation, de chaque joueur. Il veille à l’harmonisation du travail de chacun des membres de cette équipe : joueurs, éducateurs et dirigeants.
